SALVATORE VENTIMIGLIA, MD
A graduate of Wayne State University, he trained in pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Michigan, where he served as Chief Resident. He holds a teaching position at Children's Hospital of Michigan, and at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. ZEENA AL-RUFAIE, MD
Dr Al-Rufaie trained in pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Michigan. She is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, where she did her medical school training at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. Her clinical interests range in all facets of pediatrics, but she has also a special interest in Obesity.
JENNIFER RIMMKE, MD
Dr Rimmke is a native of Michigan and graduated from the Wayne State University School of Medicine and the University of Michigan Pediatric Residency Program. She worked as a hospitalist at William Beaumont Hospital, and in primary care at Nationwide Children's Hospital. She is presently on a personal leave of absence to be with her family.
CANDICE MANSOOR, MD
Dr. Mansoor is a graduate of Wayne State University and trained in pediatrics at Hurley Children's Hospital in Flint. She is passionate about pediatrics, and is a compassionate advocate for her patients.
KATHERINE YULO, MD
Dr. Yulo received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Manila, Philippines. She trained in pediatrics at Driscoll Children's Hospital at Texax A&M University, and has been practicing pediatrics for over 10 years.

GEORGETTE GURA, PNP received her undergraduate Nursing Degree from University of North Carolina and Her Masters and Doctorate from Duke University. She Is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. She has 20 years Experience in delivering comprehensive pediatric Primary care that is evidence based. Her special Interests include childhood developmental Surveillance and identification and treatment of Developmental disorders.
JACLYN LOSTY PNP
Jackie is a native of Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for her undergraduate and Master's program. She worked as an NICU nurse all over the country before attending school for her Master's and starting work here as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner 4 years ago. She is a certified fitness instructor in various formats and enjoys traveling with her family.
DANA KOPACZ, PNP
Dana is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree at the University of Michigan. Dana gained over 6 years experience in pediatric acute and primary care while working at Michigan Medicine and C.C. Mott Children's Hospital. She has been practicing at Shelby Pediatric Associates since late 2019 and loves caring for our families. Dana chose to practice pediatric medicine because she enjoys watching children grow and thrive. She has a passion for adolescent health. Dana is happily married and has boy-girl twins. Dana enjoys cycling and exploring the nearby parks, museums, and kid friendly activities.
JESSICA MCCARTHY, PNP
Jessica is a graduate of University of Michigan for her Bachelor's of Nursing, and the University of Pennsylvania for her Master's in Nursing. She comes to us with over 12 years of experience as a Primary Care Provider. Jessica is a Michigan native, and attended Eisenhower High School. She supports families with breastfeeding and provides anticipatory guidance and injury prevention.
THOMAS ZAHARI, DO
Dr. Zahari is our newest associate. Graduated from his Pediatric Residency at Children's Hospital of Michigan, he comes well trained to meet your child's needs.
KRISTEN HERMAN, MD
Dr. Herman comes to is as our newest associate. She has been in practice for 20 years. She graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She is her pediatric residency at Beaumont Hospital. She is accepting new patients now.
Sarah Tidrow, FNP
Sara comes to us with over 20 year’s experience as a pediatric nurse. She has worked as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Emergency room and most recently, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Sara is a Pediatric Clinical Instructor for nursing students. She is also an instructor for advanced resuscitation training of nursing and medical staff. She finished her Nurse Practitioner training at Oakland University.
