At Shelby Pediatric Associates, we want to be there for you when you need us. That is why one of our own providers is always on-call for urgent questions after hours to help guide you on what to do next for your child. However, we also need to be there for our families after hours as well. That is why we kindly ask that you are respectful of our family time and only call for urgent questions that cannot wait until the office reopens. The pediatric symptom checker is also a great resource that can guide you through what to do for most after hours concerns.

 

 We do not diagnose or treat illnesses over the phone, or prescibe medications after hours except for extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the provider.
